When you get to a fully fleshed-out website that feels like it is working for you, think about where you spend the most time. You’ll want to automate your flow as much as you can for things you can systematize and those things you don’t really enjoy doing.

This can be batching, which seemed like the current hotness a few months back, and time boxing as well. But it could also be just creating a checklist for every post you create to follow. Or it could be finding a new plugin that does something for you.

Keep track of where you spend your time (time diary) for a week to see what would give you the most bang for your buck, so to speak. There’s a lot of ways to up your game in blogging, and recouping your time will let you explore and grow even further.
